Integrity Audio Video, LLC were fantastic to work with. After many quotes from competitors, Integrity was cheaper with a far better plan than anyone others proposed for a fireplace mount TV. It was a closed wall and difficult to run wiring with all areas finished. They were amazing, and completed the job in 2 days from purchase of the TV. A perfect experience.

My experience with Integrity Audio Video was excellent. Purchased some items for my new home and the pricing was on point. I never felt steered towards any specific product or price. Just listened to what I was saying provided knowledgeable information. Thank you guys for the great products and customer service.

I purchased a pair of triton 2+ speakers several months ago. The speakers sounded great out of the box but they do need a break in period. The manufacturer recommends 60 to a 100 hours to reach their full potential. I would double that time. They just get better and better over time They have a wide sound stage a clear full range of sound with bass that should satisfy everyone The crew that delivered the speakers were fantastic. They spent a lot of time moving the speakers & equipment around for optimum sound. Highly recommended on all counts

Sean made the TV selection process easy. Hey made sure we got a model that fit our budget but had solid features. He advised us of some problems with one of the models we were considering and made sure we didn’t make a wrong choice. When the installers came they were so professional. They explained what they were doing and showed us how to use the new equipment. I would highly recommend Sean and his crew.

Integrity just setup a home theater in my newly renovated basement and I couldn't be happier. Sean helped me through the selection process and made sure I chose exactly what would work best within my budget. His installation crew were true professionals. The whole install was absolute perfection. Top notch all around.

Top notch all the way! Sean and his team gave me what I wanted and more. He took his time with me and actually listened to what I was looking for. After spending quite a bit of time and research I pulled the trigger and ordered an amazing home theater. Sean met and exceeded my expectations AND my budget. It was a great experience being able to hear the differences between the high end demos in the showroom and not just on the internet. Before I visited the store I was going to order off a website. Glad I didn’t, buying from and authorized dealer, local, trusted was the way to go. Sean earned a customer for any of my theater dreams and needs from here out. Sean and his team are very professional. They’re great people that seem to love what they do and it shows in their work. After looking for help to create a home theater space in our home, my wife and I ran across Integrity Audio Video right down the road from our neighborhood. Sean and Tom were very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Sean took our idea of the perfect home theater to the next level. They helped us design a system that allows us to experience 4K movies, cable TV, gaming for the kids, Hi-fi music listening, and all that done with one remote. We also wanted all the equipment to be located out of sight and integrated with our existing wired home network and they delivered. Bobby and Sean are a great install team, they overcame obstacles easily. Bobby’s installation experience is paramount and he has great attention to detail. They even helped me solve the issues that I was having with dead spots in our wireless network in other parts of the house. I highly recommend Sean and his Integrity team if you are looking for a high quality system and installation.

Integrity just completed my new Theater Room in my basement. I started with a blank canvas and an idea for what I wanted after visiting their showroom. They worked with me to craft a value solution that met my budget but also delivered the high end experience I wanted. They are extremely knowledgeable and did their best to educate me on the trade-offs that would still deliver a quality experience. Their pricing was very good and matched everything I could find independently. They communicated a schedule up front and met the date. Their installation crew was very professional and did outstanding work. I am very happy with the finished product.

I have done business with Integrity Audio for over 3 years now. Every time they have come out to do work, they do a fantastic job with my newest audio/video request. The installers are polite and courteous, and always exceed my expectations. They have installed multiple in-wall and in-ceiling speakers, outdoor speakers, projector and screen, and various wire runs just to name a few. They are always open to discuss the next idea in my head for expanding my audio, and share ideas of how I can implement or improve on my plans. Sean and team are very knowledgeable and are flexible to work with me even though I like to take more of a DIY approach to my home audio setup. In my opinion their pricing is very fair and when you pair that with the level of expertise of the team, working with Integrity audio great value.

Integrity Audio Video came out today to install a new surround sound system, add new television services, and upgrade our internet and wifi performance. They were prompt, very professional, did an amazing job and took as much time as I needed to familiarize myself with all the changes and upgrades. We are repeat customers and everything has consistently been top notch across the board each time! Highly recommend this company.
